How do I know if TalkTime will benefit me?

Call our business office for a free analysis of your toll calls. We'll be able to recommend which TalkTime plan suits your calling pattern.

Are there any requirements I must meet to enroll in the TalkTime calling plan?

Subscription to North Pittsburgh Telephone Company as your regional toll carrier is all that's required.

What advantage does TalkTime have over Metro Call Pak and the Circle Calling Plans?

TalkTime lets you call anywhere, anytime, within the 412, 724, and 878 area codes for one single low monthly rate. Also, with TalkTime, you can choose from 4 calling plans and the call detail is included at no extra charge. One of the plans is certain to meet your needs.

What happens if I go over the amount of minutes I paid for?

If you use more than the designated number of minutes, then you will be billed a low rate of $.07 for each additional minute.

What does it cost to add the TalkTime calling plan?

There is no charge at any time to add a calling plan, change from your existing calling plan to another one, or remove a calling plan.

If I switch from CCP or MCP to TalkTime, then two months later I change my mind, can I switch back?

No. The CCP, CCP+ and MCP plans will no longer be offered. Customers who currently have the plans may keep them, but once you switch to TalkTime, you cannot switch back.

How will I know if the phone number I'm calling is in the TalkTime calling plan?

It's very easy. Since TalkTime covers the entire regional toll calling area, any phone number that begins with area codes 724, 412 or 878 is included.

With TalkTime, does it matter what time of day I call or if it's the weekend or a holiday?

This is one of the great advantages. With TalkTime, you can call any time of the day, on any day. Even overtime minutes remain $.07 per minute all the time. This plan is designed to make your toll calling simple and affordable.
