The Inside Wire Maintenance Plan covers diagnosis and repair of the inside telephone wire and jacks.
Inside telephone wiring begins at the point where the wires enter your home or small business and
ends at the outlet where your telephone connects. If you have an inside wiring problem, a
repairperson will repair the problem at no additional charge.
If you do not subscribe to Inside Wire Maintenance Plan and the problem is found in your inside
wiring or telephone equipment, you will be responsible for a visit charge of $30.00 and the repair
costs. You may make the repairs yourself, hire a qualified technician or have our repair department
do the work. You will be charged $15.00 per 1/4 hour plus any necessary material cost if you
choose to have our repairperson do the work.
