Methods for Paying Your North Pittsburgh Telephone Company Bill
We offer many convenient options for payment of bills including:
- U.S. Mail: Mail your payment in the pre-addressed envelope enclosed in the monthly bill.
- Direct Debit: Pay the bill automatically from your checking or savings account each month. Application
forms are available in the Reception Area at North Pittsburgh Telephone Company or by calling one of our
Service Representatives. You can also log on to the Direct
Payment Program Web Site to enroll in the bill payment service.
- Credit/Debit Card: Use Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit or debit cards by calling
our Credit/Collections office at 724.443.9529.
- Check by phone: Provide your checking account information over the phone to our Service
Representative and we will print the check in our office.
- OnLine Bill Payment: Log on to the OnLine Bill View & Payment website
to enroll. This service will enable you to view and pay your monthly bill online using your credit card or
bank account number.
Please note: Our Payment Center located at our main office, 4008 Gibsonia Road, Gibsonia, has been
permanently closed. Cash payments are not being accepted. However, An outside payment deposit box, located
at our main office, 4008 Gibsonia Rd., Gibsonia, is available if
you wish to drop off your payment. Payments are retrieved periodically throughout the day. However, no receipts
will be given for payments made into the deposit box. Payments placed in the deposit box after 3:00 PM may not
be posted to your account until the following working day. To ensure payment to the proper account, please
enclose the bill remittance form with your payment. If you would like to have your payment applied to specific
charges, please include a note with your payment indicating payment application instructions. If your service is
suspended, it will be reconnected by the end of the next working day after our receipt of the payment in the
deposit box.
