Welcome to North Pittsburgh Telephone Company's Online Bill Payment service. Now you can pay your bill anytime, anywhere at your own convenience with just a few mouse clicks. Our easy to use Online Bill Payment allows you to:

  • Pay your bill online - quickly, easily and securely using your credit card or bank account number
  • Set up Auto Pay and your payments will automatically be paid on the due date of your invoice. There is no additional charge for Auto Pay. If you currently pay your bill with direct debit, please contact us to cancel that payment option.
  • Save money on check writing and postage fees.
  • Interact with your bill.
  • Gain valuable insight into calling patterns.
  • View money saving promotions and account news online.
  • Online access to your account enables us to better serve your telecommunications needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Two Online Bill Payment options are available:

I-ReportTM
Free service geared for residential customers and smaller businesses with basic account management needs. Allows customers to better interact with their bills by featuring standard reports, charts and graphs.

I-AnalystTM
Includes all the benefits of I-ReportTM plus many extras. This subscription service is suited for larger businesses with multiple users, who need customized account management information.

  • If you are a new user, select "Sign Up Now" to set up your account.
  • You will be prompted to enter a secured password, name, contact information, and credit card or account number.
  • All of your information is transmitted using a Secure Connection to protect your confidential information - so no one else can access or view your sensitive profile.
  • WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ENROLLMENT, YOU WILL NO LONGER RECEIVE A PAPER BILL IN THE MAIL. For an additional cost, you can choose to continue receiving paper bills.
  • You will receive email notification when your most current bill is available to view online.
  • Automatic payment functionality is available. If you currently pay your bill with direct debit, please contact us to cancel that payment option.
